What gets deleted
- Your profile, accounts, entries, transfers, loans and IOUs, people and categories
- Your sign-in (email, Google or Apple link) and purchase status held by our payments provider
We keep a short record of the request itself (email address and dates) to show it was handled. Apple and Google keep their own purchase receipts.
Have a subscription? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Request deletion
To make sure the request comes from you, we'll send a 6-digit code to the email address on your Purrse account.
Request received
We'll delete your account and data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done. Reference:
Can't get the code?
Check your spam folder, and that you used the address on your account. You can also email privacy@purrse.in from that address and we'll handle it for you. See the Privacy Policy for how we treat your data.
